Receiving of Project Specification Sheet (PSS)
Review of PSS by ESI
Proposal by ESI (includes scope, time estimate, deliverables, responsibilities, etc)
Review and Approval of Proposal by EMT

Development Process

Project Plan:
Receipt of task assignment with deadlines, project development, and delivery dates, etc

Technical Document:
Creation of pseudo codes, database structure, flow charts, and modularization, etc

Coding and Unit Testing:
Testing of software based on modules

Alpha Upload:
Uploading of software to Alpha Server following approval from QA team

Design Change Control (DCC):
Agreement on a new estimated time of delivery of product to client with the inclusion of new enhancements

Technical Document:
Creation of final technical document

Quality Assurance Process

Test Plan:
Formation of the initial layout of the entire testing process

Test Cases:
Development of a set of criteria against which the product is to be tested

Testing (Local Server):
Testing of software on Local Server

Testing (Alpha server):
Testing of software following deployment to Alpha Server by development team

Sign Off:
Approval of product for deployment based on test plan, test cases, and 5* certifications

User Manual:
Creation of a user guide for the software
